Dr Vinay Kumar Bahl, former Dean and Chief of Cardio Thoracic Centre and Head of Cardiology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, is a world-renowned name in the field of cardiology. He joined AIIMS in 1985 and brings over 40 years of experience and leadership in Cardiac Treatments at Max Hospitals. Has special interest in the field of interventional cardiology both coronary and valvular interventions. He has been decorated with number of prestigious awards, orations and fellowships from national and international academics. Our world class team is strengthened due to his experience and knowledge.

• Honorary Registrar (Commonwealth Scholar) for Interventional Cardiology at Groby Road Hospital, Leicester, United Kingdom (1989-1990)

• Senior Research Associate for Electrophysiology and Pacing at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA (1994)

• WHO Short-Term Consultant for teaching and training of Cardiologists at North Korea (1998)

• Consultant Cardiologist, The Lanka Hospital Corporation, Colombo, Sri Lanka (2002-2004) and established the Department of Cardiology
